Bob Marley Hope Road
A permanent Bob Marley experience on the Las Vegas Strip. Part exhibit, part retail, built to honor the man and the culture.

Overview
A permanent Bob Marley experience in Las Vegas, blending exhibit and retail in one space. The brief was to celebrate the legacy, not just sell from it.
I directed the experiential design and the merchandise that lived inside it.

My Role
Associate Creative Director. I directed the environment and the product together so they told one story instead of two.
The Challenge
Marley's legacy is bigger than any room, and the easy mistake is to flatten it into merch. A Las Vegas retail space could have turned a movement into a gift shop.

The Approach
I grounded the space in his actual story and let the design carry meaning before it carried product. Every retail decision had to earn its place against the legacy, not trade on it.

The Outcome
It reads as a tribute first and a store second. The culture leads, and the product follows from it.
