Freedom Fest Palm Springs
Visual identity and print production for a multi-day conference. Badges to building-size signage, all reading as one event.

Overview
A multi-day conference in Palm Springs with print everywhere, from the badge in your hand to the wayfinding in the corridors to the signage on the building.
I built the visual identity and ran the production that kept it consistent at every size.

My Role
Production Designer. I owned the system rules and the production specs that held the brand together across every format and vendor.
The Challenge
High-volume print across formats that all have to read as one event. A system that looks right on screen can fall apart when it scales from six inches to sixty feet.

The Approach
I built the system with clear rules and tight production specs: signage, wayfinding, and large-format applications all working from the same logic. Every decision prioritized clarity, durability, and precision, so each piece held up whether it ran six inches or sixty feet, and guests could move through the venue without ever reading a confusing sign.

The Outcome
The venue felt designed, not assembled. One identity, held tight across every surface a guest touched.
